A. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to delivery addresses within Poland.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

B. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays in Poland will be processed on the next available business day.

C. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is:

5:00 PM (CET/CEST)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

D. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day
  • Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, courier operations, and other circumstances affecting transportation.

E. Shipping Charges

We offer the following standard shipping rates within Poland:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of PLN 700.00 or more
  • Flat Rate Shipping: PLN 35.00 on orders below PLN 700.00

The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

F. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided with the shipment confirmation.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been dispatched.

G. Delivery Delays

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated in this policy. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Increased order volumes
  • Transportation delays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Delivery estimates are therefore provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

H. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

I. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate address-change requests, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered the processing or dispatch stage.

J. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

K. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or there is another issue with the delivery, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will review the information provided and advise you of the appropriate next steps.
